Rohde & Schwarz CMX500
The Rohde & Schwarz CMX500 radio communication tester allows 5G New Radio (NR) signal test in sub-6 GHz (FR1) and mmWave (FR2) frequency bands. Built on a modular and scalable hardware architecture, the CMX500 seamlessly integrates with the company’s CMW500 wireless tester to cover all 5G wireless device test applications.
Today’s 5G devices must also pass LTE, WLAN, and Bluetooth Low Energy tests. By upgrading existing LTE test setups with the 5G NR testing capabilities of the CMX500, conformance labs can test the signaling, RF parameters, and data throughput rates of simultaneous LTE/5G connections in dual-connectivity mode.
